WORKSHOP: Building a Dynamic
Power exchange doesn't begin with a collar, a protocol, or a contract. It begins with people. This workshop explores how Dominant/submissive dynamics are established long before the first command is given or the first act of submission is offered. We'll discuss what inspires trust, what makes authority meaningful rather than assumed, and how responsibility, vulnerability, consistency, and mutual respect create the conditions for genuine power exchange. Rather than focusing on negotiation checklists or the mechanics of scenes, this discussion looks at the foundations that allow a D/s dynamic to grow into something authentic, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.
