Ichinawa/ Ippon nawa is the technique of tying a body using a single piece of rope, stripping away distractions and complexities and concentrating on interaction, emotional connection, deep observation and communication.

Absolute beginners and experienced rope practitioners are welcome at this jam. This is the perfect space to come explore no matter your skill level.
