This themed Rope Jam invites you to layer fairylights into your ties, creating luminous designs inspired by rope lacing techniques. Expect soft glow, cozy ambiance, and radiant creativity (perfect for taking pictures!)

Taster Jams are designed to offer a safe, educational, and low-pressure environment to explore rope without the structure of a formal class. In this context, a beginner is someone new to rope: learning the basics, discovering their preferences, and figuring out how they’d like to grow. We honour the beginner phase as an essential part of learning and aim to support you with guidance, patience, and space to develop at your own pace.

Beginner tuition will be available for foundational knots and safety principles. More experienced attendees are welcome to tie independently, dive deeper into lacing aesthetics, or seek feedback from others in the community. We encourage gentle skill-sharing and collaborative exploration throughout the evening.

We’ll provide a selection of class rope and fairylights for you to experiment with, though you’re welcome to bring your own materials if you prefer. And if inspiration strikes, feel free to share a cheeky snapshot of your glowing rope artistry with us!
