Cape Town’s non-monogamous community has been growing and our new monthly Non-Monogamous Collective is bringing together a great group of folk with lively interactions and opportunities to learn from one another. This event takes place monthly and all folk exploring open relationships, polyamory, relationship anarchy, swinging and other forms of consensual non-monogamy are welcome regardless on where you are on your journey.

Whether you’re new to non-monogamy or have been practicing for years, this interactive workshop offers a space to reflect, share, and deepen your understanding of what it means to relate consciously. Together we’ll unpack the core principles of mindful non-monogamy, from communication, boundaries, and jealousy to intention, honesty, and self-awareness. Expect open dialogue, shared wisdom, and practical tools for navigating relationships with care, integrity, and curiosity. This is a space for conversation, not prescription so come ready to explore, question, and connect.
