Collective - Releasing Sexual Shame
Our Casa Collective Day happens every Thursday and brings like-minded folk together for a cool blend of pleasure, education, and engagement.
Shame around sexuality is something many of us carry, often passed down through family, culture, or past experiences. But it doesn’t have to define us. This one-hour experiential workshop creates a safe, supportive space to gently explore where shame shows up in our bodies and stories, and to learn practical tools for letting it go. Through guided reflection, movement, breathwork, and self-compassion exercises, you’ll have the chance to release what no longer serves you and step into a kinder, more empowered relationship with your sexuality. No sharing is ever required, and all identities and experience levels are welcome.
