Through collaborative activities, we’ll map out our shared values, identify the behaviours and rituals that make our space feel safe and vibrant, and co-create practical ways to live those values day to day. Whether you’re new or deeply involved, this is a chance to connect, reflect, and build a stronger, more intentional culture—together.
