Feeling disconnected?
Life can get in the way of our relationships sometimes. When the feeling of disconnect creeps in, ancillary issues can crop up too. Before you spiral further apart from your partner, know that it needn't be this way! In this workshop we will be focusing on reconnecting to the body and to our partners through a solo breathwork practice, a partnered tantric breathwork practice and a touching tool just for couples.
After the session you can expect far reaching benefits such as reduced stress and nervous system restoration. You will also ⁠connect more deeply to your partner and feel in touch with your body and your needs. Expanding your capacity for pleasure by getting to know yourself and your partner on a deeper level will also lead to improved communication between you.
