Subversion_13 will be on Saturday 14th of December 2024 at a sexy art deco venue in Cape Town!

The venue for our Fetish Xmas Ball is Botanik Social House in Queen Victoria Street in the CBD. The venue is a stunning art deco building and orginally used to be SA's Land Bank. It was designed by architect Brian George Lewis Mansbergh and built in 1938. The detail on this monolithic art deco building is incredible and it makes for a stunning fetish event venue!

We will have dedicated play areas, VIP seating, a stunning dancefloor with LED lighting, lasers and a smoke machine. Plus our resident Subversion DJs spinning progressive house and trance as well as melodic techno on a nightclub-grade sound system.The venue has ample toilets, changing facilities, a cloakroom and two bars.
