In this workshop we will be focusing on reconnecting to the body and to our partners through a solo breathwork practice, a partnered tantric breathwork practice and a touching tool just for couples.

After the session you can expect far reaching benefits such as reduced stress and nervous system restoration. You will also ⁠connect more deeply to your partner and feel in touch with your body and your needs. Expanding your capacity for pleasure by getting to know yourself and your partner on a deeper level will also lead to improved communication between you.
