The last experience for this year is on Tues 13 Dec, 7 pm. Come and join us in this magical pool of sensation and touch, connection and relaxation. Water Flow Massage does many things, and one of them, one of the most powerful, is the place of stillness it takes us to. Stillness. 
 
So simple, so needed, vital, and yet for so many of us, so difficult. 
 
In stillness is healing and release. 
In stillness is connection with Mystery, Source, Consciousness. 
In stillness we're able to hear our heart, the part of our mind that's intuitive, creative, inspired. 
In stillness we can breathe, soften, let go of so much of what we've held onto for so long. 
In stillness is the letting go of our hurt and pain. 
In stillness we can see the patterns of limitation and begin to change them. 
In still we connect with ourselves, and with another. 
In stillness we feel. 
In stillness there is a knowing, and from this, action becomes aligned with flow. 
In stillness there is more than my words can express.
