WATER FLOW MASSAGE

This is an experience of deep relaxation, connection and touch.
It's for everyone.
It takes place in an indoor heated pool.
We sit and talk first, I explain what the experience is about, we do some breathing, a short meditation, then get into the pool.
Some people wear costumes, some don't, whatever you're comfortable with.
I guide you through the processes, some you do on your own, some with a partner, some in a group.
It's a safe and gentle space.
After our time in the pool we have some delicious snacks, talk about the experience.
